Dear Valued Client, Please be advised, the Pattullo Bridge Rehabilitation project begins on April 29th and will continue until October 2nd.  The bridge will remain open with one lane in each direction, with the exception of the April 29th and September 30th weekends, when it will be closed entirely.   Further details regarding the rehabilitation can be found here. Dear Valued Client, Ministry of Finance to Update Property Transfer Tax Form (Version 26) The Ministry of Finance has authorized a new Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Form (version 26) that will become available through the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) in early summer 2016.
